Ron Darling, CPA, MST

Ron Darling has over 30 years of experience in the taxation industry. Hailing from Southern California, and having lived throughout the Untied States, he embodies a rich blend of values and a driving work ethic that guides Ron today.

Ron earned his Bachelors degree in Southern California and his Master’s degree in New York State while a manager at Arthur Andersen in New York City, New York. Ron has been practicing as a licensed Certified Public Accountant for twenty six years.

Throughout the years Ron has been blessed with many outstanding mentors, colleagues, friends in the industry and clients that have helped him shape his framework for client service and the delivery of income tax solutions, advice, or income tax returns. Ron believes every client should pay the lowest amount of tax legally allowed and be attached to their tax "footprint".

After thirty years Ron has developed skills at educating clients about the tax they pay and what drives their tax liability. With a passion for teaching Ron likes to help clients explore tax savings opportunities while keeping in mind their lifestyle. Ron often tells clients not to let the tax tail wag the dog and let their lifestyle, standard of living, retirement plans and succession plans blend into a harmonious choreography of acutely refined tax planning and tax savings.

Outside of work Ron likes to avidly hike with his family and beloved Belgian Malinois, fish and explore different cultures and ways of life through travel. Ron is also a proud supporter of our local professional sports teams and can be found in is season seats at the Arizona Diamondbacks. Ron also supports our local theater scene and is a proud supporter of our many community theaters in the greater Phoenix area.
